NASA has unveiled the world’s largest and most complex space telescope in the US state of Maryland.

The US space agency says the new James Webb Space Telescope will help scientists investigate the universe in ways they never could before.

The telescope is named after former NASA administrator James Webb who had said science is the future. The new age telescope will still have to go through more tests before its launch, which is expected to take place in 2018.
