Champions League: Juventus 1-1 Lyon

Italian giants Juventus have missed the chance for an early qualification to the knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League after being held to a 1-all draw by Lyon in Turin.

Gonzalo Higuain gave the Serie A champions an early lead as he scored his 100th goal for Italian teams via a penalty.

But, the visitors struck back after half-time when Corentin Tolisso met Rachid Gezzal's late free-kick to make it 1-all.

The score remained intact until the final whistle with both teams grabbing a single point. Juventus have eight points from four matches now and will next take on Group H leaders Sevilla.
