Top seed Andy Murray has come back from behind to overcome Frenchman Gilles Simon 4-6, 6-2, 6-2, to book his place in the last eight of the Erste Bank Open in Austria's Vienna.
The 29-year-old, who's chasing the world number one ranking, lost the first set 4-6 before fighting back to secure the following two sets 6-2, 6-2 in two hours and 41 minutes.
The Scot now needs to win the competition in order to keep the momentum going and remain on Novak Djokovic's trail. Murray will next take on American John Isner in the quarters.
