US "lost cause" North Korea policy to be reviewed

American, Japanese and South Korean officials met in Tokyo this week to coordinate their policies toward North Korea, suggesting they will continue with their policy of sanctions and pressure against Pyongyang. Meanwhile, a leading US intelligence chief says Washington's pressure policy on North Korea needs to be revised as it's no longer effective.
