The world's largest chocolate eclair has been made in the Belgian city of Verviers.

Crowds of people were invited to watch the creation of the enticing pastry. 25 bakers worked for three hours to create the giant dessert, ingredients of which cost about 1500 euros.
Upon the completion, the eclair was cut and offered to the audience, for 10 euros a box. Organizers say necessary measures will be taken to register the giant eclair in the Guinness Book of records.
