Neymar signs new Barcelona contract until 2021
To football and Barcelona’s forward Neymar has put pen to paper at last to sign a new contract with the Catalans.
The Brazilian is now tied to the club until June of 2021 as it had been announced at the beginning of July. Neymar joined Barca from Santos in 2013.
His first deal with the club was due to expire in 2018. His new release clause has increased from 190 million Euros to 200 million Euros.
It will go up to 222 million Euros in the second year of his deal, while for the final 3 years, it will be 250 million Euros.
The superstar has claimed 2 La Liga titles, 2 Copa del Rey crowns and the 2015 UEFA Champions League trophy with Barcelona.
