Normandy four agreed to meet as Minsk deadlock persists

Clashes continue between pro-Russia militias and government forces in eastern Ukraine. The violence has endangered the Minsk peace agreements. Kiev and Moscow have so far failed to come up with a road map to implement the accords.
As our correspondent Lena Savchuk says, the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany are set to hold a meeting in the German capital Berlin on Wednesday to see if they can come up with a ceasefire deal in eastern Ukraine.
