Organizers in France have unveiled the route for next year's most prestigious cycling event, Tour de France.
The new route features more mountains and steeper climbs and also involves two short time trials. The race itself will begin with a 13-kilometer individual time trial in the German city of Dusseldorf on 1st of July next year.
The peloton will then travel through both Belgium and Luxembourg. They will then take in all five mountain regions of France for the first time in 25 years, before the arrival into Paris on July 23.
