Over the last week, US Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has intensified his criticism of the American electoral system, calling the election process rigged, and accusing the media of colluding with Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton in an attempt to beat him. In the most recent similar remarks, Trump has warned of a “large-scale voter fraud.”

Talking to Press TV, former CIA and NSA Contractor Steven Kelley has approved Trump’s assertions, acknowledging that there is massive preparation underway to hinder his path towards presidency.

“We know that the electoral process is flawed. We know that George Soros has come out and said that it doesn't matter if Donald Trump wins the popular vote; that Hillary's got it; it's a done deal. We know that Soros actually owns the voting machine companies in 16 states."

“So, it is extremely crooked. But I suspect that and I pray that like Brexit these dark forces would be unable to basically steal this. I, unlike the polls, which are a major part of this con job, think that this is going to be an overwhelming majority for Donald Trump," Kelley argued.

On Monday, Trump also called his party leaders naive for denying the vote rigging. "Of course, there is large-scale voter fraud happening on and before Election Day," the GOP nominee tweeted.

Many Republicans, including House Speaker Paul Ryan, have rejected Trump’s claims, saying such voter fraud in November's election is out of the question, and warning of the potential of such rhetoric to cause unrest.

Meanwhile, Kelly described Trump’s Republican fellows “as paid criminals on both sides of the isle,” adding that those who support Hillary Clinton, such as Donald Rumsfeld, are actually fearful of their own incredible crimes.

“There is a great fear among the elite that are extremely guilty of horrible crimes,” he noted.
