Palestinians have rallied in Gaza to mark the 5th anniversary of the prisoner swap deal between Hamas and Israel that saw the release of hundreds of Palestinian inmates. Five years after the historic agreement there are still thousands of Palestinians held by under dire circumstances in jails.
