Former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury has been stripped of his license by the British Boxing Board of Control on Wednesday.

The decision came after the 28-year old failed a number of drug tests. Fury voluntarily gave up his WBO and WBA world heavyweight titles on Wednesday night to focus on his latest battle against depression.

And now the Board has taken away his license until the various drugs charges are cleared up. The boxer has not fought since beating Ukrainian Wladimir Klitschko in November 2015. He has twice called off a fight against Klitschko.
