Fresh uncertainty surrounds a multi-billion-euro trade deal between the EU and Canada as one of Belgium's three regional parliaments looks set to reject the agreement. The pros and cons of CETA, the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, have been debated in the European Parliament.
