Italy have managed to beat Macedonia 3-2 in their away match, thanks to an injury time goal from Ciro Immobile.

Andrea Belotti put Italy ahead in the first half, but in the 2nd, the hosts turned the tables with a double in just 2 minutes.

Giampiero Ventura’s men, however, took the lead once again, courtesy of Ciro Immobile’s brace which rescued the victory for his side in their bid to reach Russia 2018.

The result sees Italy climb to a joint top position in group G, level on points with Spain, as the only 2 teams still unbeaten in the group.
