Georgian Dream party claims victory in parliamentary elections

Parliamentary elections in Georgia are over. Almost two million voters have cast their ballots and vote count is underway. Preliminary results show the ruling Georgian Dream party is leading in the elections with nearly 53 percent of the votes, while the opposition United National Movement is lagging behind with only 25 percent.
