Pakistan to disarm anti-India 'militant groups'

Pakistan says it’s ready to implement a strategy to disarm anti-India militant groups and bring them into the political mainstream. Ties between Pakistan and India have soured since last month’s deadly attack on Indian forces at the Line of Control, a de facto border dividing the disputed Kashmir region.
