No proper schooling for Syrian refugee kids in Turkey

The Council of Europe has released a report that details the failure of the Turkish government to provide education to approximately two-thirds of school-age Syrian refugee children living in urban areas. This is while, more than 90% of Syrian refugee kids living in camps are said to have access to education. Ankara also insists that the government is well equipped to provide education to all Syrian refugee children living outside of refugee camps. Our correspondent Verenia Keet reports from Istanbul.
