Daniele De Rossi earns draw for Italy against Spain

In the European World Cup qualifiers Italy and Spain drew 1-all at Juventus stadium in Turin.

Spain took the lead early in the second half after Vitolo took advantage of a rare mistake from veteran Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon.

But the home side leveled the tie eight minutes from time when Daniele De Rossi converted a penalty to preserve Italy’s home record. Italy have still never lost a World Cup qualifier at home.
