English Premier League leaders Manchester City have suffered their 1st defeat under manager Pep Guardiola as they were beaten 2-nil by Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane.

It has been an impressive run for Manchester City under the supervision of Pep Guardiola this season. But after 11 games unbeaten the Citizens finally tasted defeat in their last English Premier League outing.

Elsewhere, Manchester United were held to a 1-all draw against Stoke City at Old Trafford. Anthony Martial came off the bench to open the scoring midway through the second half.

But, the visitors leveled the match with 8 minutes remaining after an unusual mistake by United goalkeeper David De Gea.
