In the Bundesliga, German giants Bayern Munich have been held to a 1-all draw by FC Cologne at the Allianz Arena.

After suffering a 1-0 loss at the hands of Atletico Madrid in the Champions League at the Vincente Calderon, the Bavarians failed to get back-on-track on Saturday, despite taking the lead in the first half through Joshua Kimmich.

Juan Bernat sent a superb delivery into the box and Kimmich was on hand to convert it with an accurate diving header to make it 1-0.

But, Anthony Modeste silenced the home crowd and leveled the scoring at 1-all after the interval, when he scored in an acrobatic fashion shortly after Javi Martinez had hit woodwork for Bayern. The score remained intact until the final whistle, with both teams grabbing a point each.
