People in Yemen have hailed the US Congress move to reject President Barack Obama's veto of legislation, allowing relatives of the victims of the 9/11 attacks to sue Saudi Arabia. They hope such a move would pave the way for Yemenis to take legal action against Saudi Arabia over its attacks against their country which has left thousands dead.
