Italy's constitutional referendum to be held on December 4

The Italian government has announced that the constitutional referendum which is to change the country’s political outline will be held on December 4. It is going to be a do-or-die ballot for Prime Minister Renzi as he has pledged to quit if Italians reject his reforms.
