Russian pianist completes 24-hour charity concert

A Russian pianist has accomplished a 24-hour, non-stop charity performance of both classical and jazz music in Saint Petersburg.

Petr Andreev has performed some of his most popular hits during the marathon charity concert. During the 24- hour marathon, Andreev only took a 10 minute break every four hours.

The Russian pianist's program featured no repetitions, with pauses between compositions lasting less than 30 seconds. Organizers say the income from the concert will be transferred to a fund in support of orphans and children.
