MotoGP: Marc Marquez wins Aragon Grand Prix

Spain's Marc Marquez has extended his world championship lead by winning the Aragon Grand Prix.

The Spaniard, who started from pole on Sunday produced a dominant performance to win the event by almost three seconds from compatriot Jorge Lorenzo.

Yamaha's Italian Valentino Rossi settled for third place after leading until Marquez passed him 12 laps from the end. With the win, Marquez moved 52 points clear in the title race and now has 248 points to Rossi's 196.
