Iran ping pong teams move up in latest ITTF rankings

The national Iranian ping pong teams have climbed between one and six places in the September edition of the world rankings of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF).

According to the latest monthly rankings released by the governing body for all international table tennis associations, the Iranian men’s table tennis team collected
190 points to move up one place and land in the 28th spot.

The Iranian women’s table tennis team maintained its position, staying in the world’s 46th place with 120 points.

Additionally, Iran's national under-18 men’s table tennis team earned 98 points to ascend six steps and claim the 38th position.

The Iranian national under-18 women’s table tennis team climbed to the 55th place after having accumulated 50 points and improving by two spots.
