S Korea blocks aid to North, welcomes US bombers

South Korea continues to block aid from going to North Korea, which has been hit with heavy floods this month. The call for the South to change its policy on humanitarian assistance comes amid heightened tension in the region. Seoul welcomed the deployment of US B-1B bombers on Wednesday as anger grows over Pyongyang’s recent nuclear and missile tests.
