Kiev receives 3rd IMF tranche

Ukraine has received a 3rd financial package from the International Monetary Fund. Ukrainian officials hope the money would alleviate the country’s growing economic problems. But experts warn Kiev needs to press ahead with its cost-cutting measures in order to repay Ukraine's massive debt.
