Pakistan-India tensions mar SAARC ministerial meeting in Islamabad

Pakistan has hosted a ministerial meeting of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation or SAARC. The two-day meeting kicked off on Thursday, with participants discussing ways to promote cooperation between the member states. The meeting, however, was overshadowed by the ongoing tensions between Pakistan and India over Kashmir. Press TV’s Kamran Yousaf has the details from Islamabad.
