Iraq Judiciary clears Parl. Speaker of graft charges

The Iraqi Judiciary has slammed what it calls efforts to unseat Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri and cleared him of graft allegations.The decision comes only hours after the parliament lifted political immunity of Jubouri and a number of parliamentarians and officials. The parliament says the move is aimed at paving the way for a probe into accusations against the officials.
