Kris Meeke extends Rally Finland lead

Northern Ireland’s Kris Meeke has extended his Lead at the Rally of Finland, remaining on course for a 3rd world rally series win.

Meeke held an overnight Lead of 18.1 seconds over home driver Jari-Matti Latvala, and managed to gradually increase his advantage during Saturday’s 8 stages.

He will now take a 41-second lead into the final day of action at the Rally of Finland. Irish driver Craig Breen finished the day in 3rd spot, one minute and 45 seconds behind Meeke.
