Turkey is pushing ahead with its crackdown following the July 15 failed coup despite domestic and international criticism. Prime Minister Binali Yildirim has promised a relentless campaign against the coup plotters and their supporters. While the coup attempt is being condemned without exception, Ankara is urged to exercise restraint.
