Two Koreas mark armistice amid turmoil

On Wednesday, the two Koreas marked the armistice agreement that ended the Korean War 63 years ago. But decades after the end of the conflict, tensions are still running high on the Korean Peninsula. Many blame the United States for militarizing the region.
