Germany's Hohenzollern castle celebrates 165th anniversary
There are many beautiful and famous castles in Germany. Among them is of course the Hohenzollern. This year, the building is celebrating 165 years since the work on the castle started.
The castle sits on top of a high mountain peak, surrounded by dense forests. And it looks like it has come straight out of the pages of a fairytale.
Inside the castle, visitors are treated to luxurious rooms filled with paintings, sculptures and fine vases.
Each year, over 300000 tourists from all over the world visit the building, making it one of the most visited castles in Germany. The structure was built to show the unity of German people after the 1848 revolution.
