Iran tops Asia in FIFA World Ranking for July

FIFA World Ranking for the Month of July has been published with Iran leading the Asian nations at 39, followed by South Korea, Uzbekistan and Japan.

Euro 2016 Champions Portugal has moved up 2 places to sit 6TH, while the top five teams remain the same.

In the latest ranking, Argentina are still the World’s No.1, followed by Belgium, Columbia, Germany and Chile who defeated the Argentinians to claim the Copa America Title.

Euro 2016 hosts France, who were defeated by Portugal in the Final, climbed 10 places to 7th, above Spain, Brazil and Italy who Complete the Top 10.

Meanwhile, Wales, who reached the semi-finals of the European Championship, have jumped 15 places to sit 11th, two spots above England.
