UNHCR calls for open borders for South Sudan refugees

UNHCR has called for immediate opening of the Uganda-South Sudan border to allow safe passage for people feeling the unrest in South Sudan. The call comes after a ceasefire agreement was signed between the warring parties to end hostilities. Our Correspondent Daniel Arapmoi has more from the Ugandan capital Kampala.
