US imposes more sanctions on North Korea

The United States has issued more unilateral sanctions on North Korea this week. These sanctions target North Korea’s leadership directly as well as other state entities over alleged human rights abuses. The move has increased the tension on the Korean Peninsula while UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon calls for dialogue and North Korea offers denuclearization, but with certain conditions. Press TV correspondent Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
