Replica of Noah’s Ark unveiled in Kentucky

A ship in the middle of the woods! Well, that’s the main religious attraction at the newly opened them park in the US state of Kentucky.

Known as 'Ark Encounter', the centerpiece is an enormous reconstruction of the world’s most famous vessel. This timber-frame ark is rectangular and enormous.

It is seven stories tall, almost two football fields long. Inside the ark, there are cages with sculptures of animals including dinosaurs.

Here, the visitors get the chance to learn about the history of the ark. It’s believed that up to two million people could visit the ark in the first year.
