Kevin Durant leaving Thunder to join Warriors

Former NBA most valuable player Kevin Durant has announced that he’s leaving the Oklahoma City Thunder to join the Golden State Warriors.

Durant is expected to sign a two-year deal with the Warriors for a reported fee of 54.3 million dollars.

The 27-year-old met with the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Golden State Warriors, the Los Angeles Clippers, Boston Celtics, San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat, before choosing to join the Warriors.
