Djokovic eased into 3rd round of Wimbledon Championship
Following the Tennis news, Defending Champion Novak Djokovic has eased into the 3rd round of the Wimbledon Championship, by wrapping-up a straight-sets victory over Adrian Mannarino at Centre Court.
Mannarino showed some promise in the opening set, but the World Number 1 fought back, producing some Stunning Winners in the Breaker to seal it 6-4. The Serbian Ace had no trouble taking the 2nd set, as he Outclassed his French opponent 6-3, demonstrating some thunderous forehand winners.
Mannarino got close to a comeback at some point, but it wasn’t enough to OUST a player of that caliber, as he lost the third set 7-6. This is while, Djokovic is eyeing a 3rd consecutive Wimbledon Title.
