Rise of ISIL in Afghanistan triggered regional alliance

Afghan officials have expressed concern about attempts by ISIL terrorists to expand their presence in the country. They believe the group is using Afghanistan as a springboard for greater access to central Asia. Regional countries are now trying to coordinate their efforts to counter the rising threat.
