Gilles Muller advances to Nottingham Open semis
Gilles Muller has cruised past Alexandr Dolgopolov to reach the Semi-finals of Nottingham Open with a straight sets victory.
The Ukrainian was soon in trouble in his quarter-final tie with Muller. The 4th seed was broken in the 6th game of the opener and went-on to drop-it 6-3.
On the other end, Muller carried his momentum into the 2nd which finally saw him wrap-up a 6-3, 6-4 win.
The 8th seed from Luxembourg has now booked his place in the last 4, eyeing to reach the final showdown of the tournament in Nottingham.
