London’s skyline was dominated by a colorful cluster of hot air balloons as part of an annual charity event.
50 hot air balloons took to the sky to raise funds for charities; this year supporting young people to overcome challenges and to excel. The balloons floated through the clear blue sky above the River Thames after launching from Burgess Park in South East London.
Last year, the annual event was re-launched after more than two decades, and raised around 80,000 pounds. Two previous attempts earlier this month had to be canceled due to bad weather conditions.
