Like other Muslims around the world, thousands of Rohingya refugees in the Jammu region of the Indian-controlled Kashmir are observing the fasting month of Ramadan. Our correspondent, Shahana Butt has visited the makeshift tents where these people are living in dire conditions amid an international apathy.
