UK govt. unable to account for billions in research

An inquiry by a British former High Court judge has revealed that the government has no central record of some 2.5 billion Pounds it spends each year on research commissioned to develop public policy. The government has now come under fire for what critiques call lack of transparency. Our correspondent Mohamed Walji reports.
