Afghanistan to punish corrupt officials, citizens

A fresh stern warning from the Afghan government: Anyone who misuses power and steals foreign cash aid would be severely punished. The decision follows a decline in the amount of assistance coming from outside the country, mostly due to widespread corruption. Press TV’s Fayez Khorshid has the details from Kabul.
