A double amputee US veteran holds yoga classes to raise awareness of post-traumatic stress disorder.

43-year-old Nevins has discovered the healing power of yoga after suffering from PTSD. He says the practice saved his own life and he hopes others can utilize its benefits to help themselves as well.

Hundreds of people come to his classes. He says he's a warrior on a mission to save others.

Nevins travels around the world, doing seminars, holding speeches and teaching yoga. He's also learned to climb mountains and play golf.
