Athens unlocks €10.3bn in bailout funding

Eleven hours of talks in Brussels have resulted in Greece unlocking 10.3 billion Euros of its third bailout fund, worth 86 billion Euros. Athens is also due to get some debt relief from international creditors. But all this has come after Greece agreed to another round of biting austerity. Our correspondent Jerome Hughes brings us the details from Brussels.
