Clashes erupt between Turkish police, pro-Kurdish protesters

  • Fierce clashes erupt between Turkish police and supporters of a pro-Kurdish party in the southeastern city of Mardin. Dozens are reportedly arrested.
  • Striking workers block access to a refinery in France's southern port city of Marseille to protest government-proposed labor reforms. Police step in to disperse the crowd.
  • Greece starts dismantling a makeshift camp, which houses more than 84-hundred refugees, on its border with Macedonia.
