South Korea seeks North Korea's credible denuclearization actions before talks.

North Korea has proposed to hold a dialog with the South over the weekend, an offer that was initially rejected by Seoul. However South Korea has now asked for clarification, saying if Pyongyang shows its willingness to discuss denuclearization, talks could be possible. Press TV’s Frank Smith reports from Seoul.
