Criticism has been growing in Afghanistan against the so-called security pact with the US over the past months. Critics argue that the US has remained silent on whether it's going to help bring an end to what they describe as a proxy war in Afghanistan. They also accuse Washington of violating the security pact, citing as an example the bombing of civilian areas in Afghanistan.
