Venezuela's opposition leader Henrique Capriles has called on the army to disobey President Nicolas Maduro. Capriles says Maduro does not respect the law because he declared a State of Economic Emergency which was forbidden by the National Assembly. In response, government officials have described Capriles's call as a coup attempt. Likewise, the controversy about whether or not there will be a referendum recall against Maduro has boosted fresh street protests in the Latin American country.
